A paralegal is an individual with specialised training who assists lawyers, at the same time having responsibility and autonomy for their own workload. Paralegals acquire a very high level of specialisation in a particular area of work, rather than the perhaps more broadly based legal expertise expected of solicitors.
A high level of specialisation has an obvious advantage in terms of the particular skills which the firm can offer clients.

Our experienced team of three qualified paralegals are all registered members of the Scottish Paralegal Association (recognised by the Law Society of Scotland as the professional body representing Scottish Paralegals).
