Jane’s work is focussed on assisting the firm’s developer clients facilitate disposals – as such she plays a vital role in adding value to our clients’ business processes.
She has extensive experience in acting for developers in plot disposals from inception to completion of schemes.
Jane also has a thorough knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including dealing with missives, examining property titles to ensure the acquisition matches client expectations and the conveyancing formalities necessary in order to transfer title.
