Jane principally assists the firm’s commercial property department. Her work includes construction, commercial conveyancing and commercial leasing. She is also involved in liquor licensing work for commercial clients.
Jane also has extensive experience in acting for developers in plot disposals from inception to completion of schemes.
She has a thorough knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including dealing with missives, examining property titles to ensure the acquisition matches client expectations and the conveyancing formalities necessary in order to transfer title.
