The firm was accredited to the Investors in People Standard in 1996 and has been consistently re-accredited ever since. The methodology is a critical part of our quality maintenance and improvement system.
Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard is a business improvement tool, helping organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.
