| Limited Liability Partnership |
 |
|
| The firm is constituted as a limited liability partnership (LLP). The LLP corporate vehicle is becoming the standard trading entity for professional services firms, partly because of concerns relating to the unlimited liability nature of traditional partnership, which is now perceived to be outdated in view of the risk exposures on high value transactions that are dealt with by many professional service firms. |
