The firm’s QA philosophy is simple. Our product is legal advice. We – like you – are in business to make a profit. If our standard of service is not consistently high, our clients will purchase advice elsewhere. Our quality assurance programme is market driven and customer focused. The firm has various training procedures in place to ensure that high standards are maintained – both in relation to the technical advice we give and the way in which we communicate this advice.
The firm fully complies with the Law Society of Scotland’s regulatory regime, which governs client money safeguards, conduct and professional practice.
All clients of the firm receive a letter from us outlining the service standards to which they are entitled and the procedures for resolving any dissatisfaction in the unlikely event that this should occur. Our quality assurance programme is constantly monitored through internal peer review and client feedback.
